Abrisa’s 100,000 square feet plant is devoted to solution-based, industrial flat glass manufacturing, products and services, including screen-printing, etching, cutting and edging, strengthening (e.g. bullet-proof-ready glass), machining, higher level assembly, etc. The large facility and lean manufacturing techniques ensure high-throughput, supplying large volume, OEM custom orders at very affordable prices for industrial applications. An authorized Borofloat™ distributor, Abrisa delivers complete glass and coating solutions for highly demanding tasks in electronics, medical, industrial, and optical markets.

• Sycamore, IL
Sycamore Glass Components’ 25,000 sq.ft. facility primarily manufactures advanced glass products for highly technical applications for military, display, optical, and biomedical markets. Sycamore’s geographical location makes shipping and delivery of all its glass products convenient and cost-effective for North American customers.

• Torrance, CA
ZC&R Coatings for Optics’ plant, with over 21,000 square feet is Abrisa’s most recent acquisition and offers custom and OEM precision coating solutions for optical thin film products. ZC&R’s ION-assist deposition method delivers AR coatings, filters, laser mirrors (hot and cold), ITO IM-ITO coatings, beamsplitters and more. The company’s reliable, thin film coatings are found in market segments from commercial to industrial and defense, including entertainment lighting, biomedical, environmental, aerospace, ground transportation, and more.
